Never had regression or hypnotherapy before?

Rachael is a trained hypnotherapist (you can practice past life regression legally without this training), Past Life Regressionist and Spiritual Teacher with many years experience. She works on a logical yet emotional, getting to the core of our issues in a heart felt, gentle way. She will guide you through what to expect from the regression before you take part so you are comfortable, and will be at hand all the way through. You will experience what you may have experienced over meditations and visualisations.
